overview
The ring main unit equipment in the power system may experience aging, surface oxidation, corrosion, and loose fastening bolts during long-term operation. In addition, long-term high load operation of the equipment can easily cause temperature anomalies. If not detected and dealt with in a timely manner, it may cause safety accidents such as melting, combustion, and even explosion. On the other hand, the electrical characteristics of power equipment require the monitoring system to collect temperature in a passive wireless manner. At the same time, the monitoring system is required to record the temperature of key nodes (plugs) of the equipment in real time and provide safety warnings based on big data analysis.
The built-in RFID nut wireless temperature measurement device in the ring main unit is based on our company's independently developed ultra-high frequency RFID high-precision temperature sensing chip, and utilizes RFID technology to achieve passive wireless temperature measurement function. It can achieve real-time and effective monitoring of equipment temperature, data alarm, data recording and analysis, and other functions. The device consists of a passive RFID temperature sensor, a data collector (reader/writer), and an external antenna, which can achieve wireless monitoring of equipment temperature over a large range, and realize remote monitoring and recording of temperature data during equipment operation.
