1、 System Overview
Building automation system software is one of the main components of intelligent buildings. Intelligent buildings achieve comprehensive monitoring and management of equipment and building environment within buildings (groups) through building automation systems, creating a comfortable, safe, economical, efficient, and convenient working and living environment for building users. By optimizing equipment operation and management, operating costs are reduced.
Building automation system software involves equipment and systems such as power, lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply and drainage, disaster prevention, safety precautions, garage management, etc. It is the subsystem with the widest coverage, largest design tasks, and largest engineering construction volume in intelligent buildings.
The building automation system software monitors various electrical equipment online, detects the working status of the equipment through the setting of corresponding sensors, travel switches, photoelectric controls, etc., and returns it to the central computer in the control room through the line. The computer obtains the analysis results and then returns them to the equipment terminal for mediation.
