WB type bottle warmer

This bottle warmer is designed and manufactured for use in carbonated beverage production lines. Mainly used to eliminate condensation caused by low-temperature filling on the outer wall of PET bottles or glass bottles, facilitating coding, labeling, packaging, etc. After filling carbonated beverages, preheating treatment is carried out by using hot water to preheat the entire bottle. The entire bottle of beverage is gradually preheated, so that the entire bottle of beverage gradually heats up without causing deformation of the bottle shape due to rapid temperature rise.
It is a tunnel type spray cooling sterilization machine, which is a method of treating filled containers. The processed product is filled into the container, sealed with a lid, and then transported by a conveyor belt into the interior of the bottle warmer.
