4. The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with Japanese SONY fully closed-loop grating scales, while the B axis is equipped with Japanese Mitsubishi gratings.

Large scale processing capability
By combining the large specifications of the table (size 2000mm × 1800mm), wide strokes of the X, Y, and Z axes (range 3000/2000/1600/700mm), heavy load (bearing 10T), and a wider spindle speed range (5-2000 rpm), the machining of large-sized workpieces becomes easier.

■ Lubrication aspect
The long-lasting oil supply system provides lubricating oil to the lubrication points of the main transmission system, spindle box, slide, screw, gears, and bearings. Lubricating oil can be collected by the oil recovery tank on the bed to maintain a clean working environment.

■Practical optional configurationsAdding a flat rotary disc and a universal angle milling head can enable the machine tool to complete the machining of more complex parts.
