Boosting air cabinet
Due to its flexible and compact structure, low noise, smooth operation, good adjustability of air volume and pressure, and long service life, it is widely used in the ventilation system of civil buildings. It can also be applied to fire protection and pressurized air supply in building construction, as well as pressurized air supply in purification air conditioning projects.
Detailed introduction of wind cabinet booster box
Scope of application of wind cabinet booster box
1. Air volume: 1100-63000 M?/h; Wind pressure: 80-1000 Pa.
2. The continuous conveying air temperature is -20 ℃ -80 ℃, with a relative temperature of 5% -95%.
3. The content of fibrous substances, dust, or other solid impurities in the air is not greater than 120mg/M?;
selection method
1. Based on the required air volume of the cabinetBased on full pressure, refer to the optimal range table and curve chart of the performance parameters of the wind cabinet, and select the types of wind cabinets available for selection.
2. Select the appropriate size of the wind cabinet based on the user's actual installation space, procurement cost, etc.
3. The selected wind cabinet according to actual operating conditions should be placed in the high-efficiency performance zone of the wind cabinet as much as possible to save usage costs.
install and use
1. The power of the motor used with the fan refers to the power inside the fan plus mechanical losses and the safety factor of the motor capacity under specific operating conditions, which is not the power required when the air outlet is completely open. Therefore, in order to prevent the motor from burning out due to excessive power operation, it is strictly prohibited to operate the fan without any pipelines or resistance at the air outlet or inlet.
Before testing the fume hood, the power supply should be checked to see if the voltage meets the requirements, if there are any missing phases, if the three phases are balanced, and if the fan direction is correct.
3. Motors with a power rate of ≤ 7.5kw can be started directly, while motors with a power rate of ≥ 11kw should be started with voltage reduction, and the casing should be grounded.
4. Regularly inspect the fan cabinet, lubricate the bearings for maintenance, and ensure that the temperature rise of the bearings is ≤ 40 ℃ during normal operation of the fan.
For the convenience of maintenance and repair, at least 600mm should be left on the left or right side when installing each wind cabinet.
6. The installation of suspended ceiling air ducts should ensure that the air ducts are lifted horizontally. The floor standing wind cabinet is installed on a flat cement base or a steel frame welded with channel steel.
After running the new machine for one month, the tightness of the belt and whether the bolts have moved should be checked. If any are found, they should be adjusted and tightened in a timely manner.
