Characteristics of Product Structure Design

The structural design of this product has the following characteristics:

（1）This product adopts involute gear displacement transmission (i.eNGWNStructure), reducing tooth surface load, extending gear service life, power splitting, and featuring a floating load sharing mechanism.

（2）By using electromagnetic speed control motors and controllers (variable frequency speed control motors and frequency converters can also be used according to needs), smooth stepless speed control can be obtained, with a wide speed range and better adaptability to the operating speed of the grate under different loads.

Maintenance and Care

1.The gearbox should be regularly maintained in good lubrication condition. During operation, the gearbox should be kept at the oil level indicated on the oil gauge. It should be replaced after three months of initial operation and every six months thereafter. Diesel fuel should be used to flush the interior of the gearbox.2.The cross slider coupling is filled with calcium sodium based lubricating grease.3.After the V-belt is loosened, the bolt tension can be adjusted.
