Characteristics of several commonly used techniques for clothing accessory tags:
TheUVThe function is to make the printed paper glossy and effectively protect the surface of the paper. It is a processing technology that prints a layer of UV ink on the surface of the paper after printing.
Hot stamping and silver stamping, this type of hang tag is very common and fashionable. Specifically, the scientific name for hot stamping is aluminum foil stamping, which is a special printing process. With the help of a certain pressure and temperature, using a template installed on the hot stamping machine, the paper and hot stamping foil are pressed against each other in a short period of time to transfer the graphic and text printed on the template to the surface of the paper.
Concave convex, just like hot stamping and silver hanging tags, does not require ink. It is the same process of using pressure to press concave convex images and patterns onto printed paper using templates.
Dropping glue is a post-processing technique for paper. After the hang tag is printed, high-purity epoxy resin is liquefied in a high-temperature environment and attached to the surface of the hang tag to form various patterns.
Plucking, this process is a bit complicated. Simply put, it utilizes the physical properties of electric charges of the same polarity, repulsion, and attraction to apply fluff values to the surface of paper coated with adhesive.
