It can be divided into two categories: one is the tank type that is prone to gas fermentation(such as alcohol fermentation), and another type of tank that is sufficient for gas fermentation (such as standard, five type, self-priming, etc.). This type of equipment is most commonly used in standard tank types. The drawings and data of the fermentation tank series designed by our factory belong to the standard tank type. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, ensure that the design structure is tight, has sufficient strength and service life, and strives to have fewer internal accessories and a smooth surface. Attention should be paid to having good gas jujube gas contact and gas jujube solid mixing performance to effectively facilitate material transfer and gas exchange. There is sufficient heat exchange area to ensure fermentation can be carried out at the most suitable temperature. Pay attention to the sealing performance of equipment to ensure sterilization operations.
