Working principle
·Nominal pressure
Generally refers to the ability of the protective tube to withstand static external pressure without breaking at room temperature. The allowable working pressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, insertion depth, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium.
·Hydrostatic test
When it comes to the requirements for pressure resistance and leakage inspection of protective tubes, tests must be conducted on the protective tubes. The test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the protective tube.
·X-ray flaw detection test
