Coal is the most abundant fossil fuel resource in the world. China is a major producer and consumer of coal, and for a considerable period of time in the future, coal will remain the most important primary energy source in China. Coal washing is the process of removing or reducing impurities such as coal, gangue, sulfur, etc. from raw coal, and dividing it into several varieties and grades based on different coal types, ash content, calorific value, and particle size to meet the needs of different users. Coal selection is an economical and effective technology that significantly reduces pollutant emissions, improves coal utilization efficiency, and saves coal transportation. Coal preparation technology has been widely applied in China.
Due to the high viscosity and long natural drying time of the coal slurry after flotation in the coal washing plant, it can only be transported after about a month, which greatly increases the land area of the coal washing industry and is one of the difficulties that plague the industry.
Our company has developed an efficient and continuous coal slurry dewatering equipment based on the current situation through scientific research and development. The equipment has a small footprint, low power, and can reach as low as 1.85kw. It works continuously and is supplemented with specialized flocculation drugs, with high dewatering efficiency. The coal slurry moisture content can reach 65%, and the output is high. It breaks through the shortcomings of low output, inability to work continuously, and high labor intensity of plate and frame filter presses, as well as the high investment cost, high operating cost, and high power of ceramic filter presses. This is a major breakthrough in the coal washing industry!
This equipment is a new generation patented dewatering device developed and produced by our company through the introduction, digestion, and absorption of advanced technology from Finland. It has the advantages of large processing capacity, high dewatering efficiency (which can be directly increased from 0.8-8% slurry concentration to 28-35% or more), and low energy consumption. It solves the problems of high labor intensity, long dewatering time, frequent filter cloth replacement, inability to work continuously, low degree of automation, and high labor consumption of traditional ordinary plate and frame filter presses. Due to the pre dewatering network of the new model, the natural gravity dewatering area of the sludge is lengthened, and the network is not squeezed, and the mesh is not easily blocked by fibers and sludge. So compared to traditional coal slurry filter presses, it has a simple structure and easy installation, making it an ideal product for the new generation of coal slurry dewatering.
2、 Working principle
The coal slurry dewatering machine consists of several rollers of different diameters and a coagulation tank installed on a bracket. It is driven by transmission rollers (upper, middle, lower) mesh, dewatering rollers, tension rollers, guide rollers, correction devices, and sealing devices at both ends of the dewatering rollers. The filter adopts compressed air pressure tightening to maintain a constant tension throughout the entire mesh belt, and will not cause changes in tension due to changes in the amount of feed; The machine is also equipped with a pneumatic deviation adjustment device, which is more convenient to operate and manage. The more novel and practical feature is that at least one or more dehydration rollers are equipped with sealing devices at both ends. The sealing device consists of a sealing belt and a roller that drives the sealing belt. The sealing belt is pressed on the horizontal ends after the upper and lower nets overlap, and there is a tension roller between the rollers. With the rotation of the dewatering roller, the sealing belt and roller wheel are driven to rotate, so that the slurry between the middle and lower nets is not only compressed by the dewatering roller, but also by the sealing belt, thereby strengthening the dewatering and sealing slurry.
