2、 Box structure:
1. The base of the chamber is made of 8 # channel steel welded into a mesh frame, which can withstand the weight of the chamber and personnel specimens under horizontal conditions without causing unevenness or cracking on the bottom surface of the chamber, with a bearing capacity of 800kg/square meter;
2. The chamber is divided into six chamber surfaces and a double opening chamber door. The chamber material is high-quality stainless steel plate for the inner pot, A3 steel plate spray coating for the outer shell, and polyurethane foam insulation material for light weight and resistance. The insulation performance is excellent. The door material is made of stainless steel, and the door handle is an inner and outer opening type for testers to freely open the door from the enclosed room;
3. The air conditioning cabinet is the main body for testing the room temperature and humidity regulation cycle. The material used is SUS304 stainless steel plate, with a brushed and textured surface. The heating system, refrigeration, and temperature circulation fan temperature inlet and outlet of this laboratory are all installed in the air conditioning cabinet.
