1、 Overview of this device:
This machine is used to test whether the battery will explode and catch fire when short circuited with a certain resistance, and to display the maximum current of its short circuit through relevant instruments.
2、 Test principle explanation:
After fully charging the battery according to the test method specified in 4.5.1, place it indoors in an environment of 20 ℃± 5 ℃. After the surface temperature of the battery reaches 20 ℃± 5 ℃ or 55 ℃± 5 ℃, place it for another 30 minutes. Then connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery with wires and ensure that the total external resistance is 80m Ω ± 20m Ω. During the experiment, monitor the temperature changes of the battery. If one of the following two situations occurs, the experiment will be terminated.

8. Install exhaust devices and explosion-proof lights inside the box.
