Product Overview:
This machine is suitable for simulating the needle puncture situation of various batteries during transportation and storage. The experiment should be conducted at an ambient temperature of 20 ℃± 5 ℃. The battery connected to the thermocouple (with the thermocouple contacts fixed on the large surface of the battery) should be placed in a fume hood, and a corrosion-resistant steel needle with a diameter of 2-8mm should be used to pierce the center position of the maximum surface of the battery at a speed of 10mm/s to 40mm/s. The test results should be observed for any time, and if the battery does not explode or ignite, it is considered qualified.
