Ball screws are precision transmission components widely used in CNC machine tools. The machining accuracy of ball screw is higher than that of sliding screw, and its process is divided into five stages: preheating treatment, rough machining, semi precision machining, precision machining, and final machining. The surface of the screw thread is composed of two arcs, and the grinding wheel used for precision grinding is corrected with a special corrector. To eliminate internal stress, four heat treatment processes are arranged.
