Bag type back blowing dust collectors are divided into positive pressure (also known as pressure in type) and negative pressure (also known as suction type). This manual introduces the negative pressure type.
Under negative pressure, the dusty gas enters the lower ash hopper through the inlet duct. A baffle plate is installed on the front of the inlet, and coarse dust falls into the ash hopper by collision and gravity. Fine particulate dust is filtered by the filter bag and adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the bag filter chamber and is drawn into the fan through the exhaust pipe through the top switching valve of the equipment, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.
The working principle and structural characteristics of a bag type back blowing dust collector are as follows: it adsorbs onto the inner wall of the filter bag, and the purified gas passes through the bag filter chamber. It is then drawn into the fan through the top switching valve of the equipment and discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.
When the dust attached to the filter bag continues to increase and the resistance rises to the specified value, the dust cleaning begins. The equipment's dust cleaning method relies on the single chamber reverse blowing method. During reverse blowing, the reversing valve is used to close the exhaust pipe, open the reverse blowing pipe, and cut off the exhaust of the single chamber. Because the inlet pipes of each chamber of the equipment are connected and in a negative pressure state, the negative pressure suction effect of the adjacent chamber causes the airflow to be sucked into the filter bag chamber through the reverse blowing pipe. After passing through the filter bag, the airflow enters the inner side of the filter bag from the outside and is sucked into the adjacent chamber through the ash hopper and the inlet pipe of the chamber for discharge. At this time, the filter bag is sucked in, and the accumulated dust inside the filter bag is shaken off and settled in the settling ash hopper, completing the cleaning of the single chamber. Under the control of the dust cleaning actuator, the same sequence of dust cleaning is carried out in the room. When a certain value is reached, the dust cleaning stops.
The use of bag back blowing dust collector: Bag back blowing dust collector is widely used in enterprises such as steel mills, smelters, cement plants, carbon black plants, power stations, etc. for purifying and recovering the smoke and dust generated by smelting, crushing, screening and combustion. It is an effective equipment for protecting the physical and mental health of operators and people, the growth of crops, the wear and tear of mechanical equipment, the pollution of social environment, and the recycling and utilization of useful dust to reduce costs.
The number of filter bags arranged in 1000m2 is the number of rows in a 2W arrangement, and the number of rows in 3000-90000m2 is the number of rows in a 2W4W arrangement; 1800m2 is the number of rows in the 3W3 layout; 10000m2 refers to the number of rows arranged in the surrounding channels; W represents the maintenance channel, with inlet temperatures of 729 and 734. The polyester fabric has a temperature resistance of less than 1500 ℃; Glass fiber cloth treated for three generations has a temperature resistance of less than 3000 ℃.
