The drilling rig uses the chassis of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's 6 × 4 dedicated drilling rig, equipped with 12.00R20 steel wire off-road tread tires, with good off-road performance; The drilling rig is equipped with China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's MC07.28-50 diesel engine, which meets the national emission standard of National V emissions; The drilling operation uses a car chassis diesel engine with abundant power.

The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts an open system design, with separate hydraulic control systems for loading and unloading to avoid misoperation; The hydraulic system is equipped with a winter oil temperature heater and a summer oil temperature radiator to adapt to the heating and cooling of hydraulic oil in different seasons and regions.

The drilling rig adopts hydraulic oil cylinder for lifting and stepless speed regulation for lifting. It can achieve automatic drilling technology during drilling, which can automatically pressurize drilling under the weight of the drill rod and drilling tool, and also realize hydraulic control of drilling speed according to different geological conditions.

The drilling rig can achieve automatic pressurized drilling during drilling, setting different pressures when drilling into different hard layers, and visually observing the drilling pressure through a pressure gauge. At the same time, the drilling speed can be adjusted; The drilling rig can achieve fast drilling technology during drilling, that is, it can manually control the fast drilling when drilling into soft soil layers, achieve different drilling speeds according to different geological structures, and maximize the efficiency of drilling operations.

The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic main winch with high lifting force, and the lifting and lowering of the drilling tools can be achieved through stepless speed regulation, allowing for free release of ropes at different speeds. The hydraulic winch can be slowly lowered when lifting heavy objects to avoid damaging the drilling rig turntable and wellhead clamp during lifting; When lowering a single drill rod, the hydraulic winch can quickly release the rope like a traditional mechanical winch by operating the quick release handle.

The hydraulic tool winch equipped on the drilling rig has the characteristics of high lifting force and fast lifting speed, which makes it easy to load and transport tools, drill rods, accessories, etc. with the vehicle. It can also slide up and down with the help of ground anchors during drilling, providing convenience for drilling operations to unload drill rods.

The drilling rig has achieved integrated control of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with remote pneumatic control of the BW850/2A mud pump clutch. It has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate and labor-saving; The hydraulic cylinder controls the advance and retreat of the wellhead card to close the safety card, thereby achieving the clamping or releasing of the drill pipe joint.

The drilling rig is equipped with four hydraulic support legs and two mechanical support legs. Each hydraulic support leg's oil cylinder piston rod is threaded and equipped with a locking nut. After the drilling rig is leveled, the oil cylinder can be locked with the locking nut. Even if the balance oil cylinder leaks unexpectedly, the drilling rig chassis will not be unstable.

The drilling rig is equipped with a 30kW generator with a clutch that can be disengaged when not in use, providing convenience for driving water pumps, night lighting, welding maintenance, and household electricity at the construction site; The rotary table of the drilling rig is a lever type, with a spiral arc gear transmission inside, which transmits a large torque, twice that of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad.

The drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary unloading rod oil cylinder, which uses the oil cylinder to push the ratchet teeth of the rotary table, unload the first thread of the drill pipe joint, and then use the rotary table to reverse the unloading rod, reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the service life of the drilling equipment; The appearance of the drilling rig is beautiful and atmospheric, suitable for agricultural water conservancy, water-saving irrigation, industrial deep wells, national defense construction, hydrological exploration, geothermal mine drilling, and can also be used for foundation pile hole construction such as oilfield casing, highways, high-speed railways, wind power foundations, urban overpasses, etc. It is highly welcomed by domestic and foreign customers.
