◎The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic double winch unit, and the main hydraulic winch can achieve the fast rope release function of the mechanical winch. The auxiliary hydraulic winch has the characteristics of high lifting force and fast lifting speed.

◎The on-board drilling adopts an independent Dongfeng Cummins 6BT5.9-C130 diesel engine. The power is 97kW, which can meet the requirements of well drilling and reduce fuel consumption, making it economical.

◎The hydraulic cylinder controls the advance and retreat of the wellhead card to close the safety card, thereby achieving the clamping or releasing of the drill pipe joint.

◎The drilling rig is equipped with 4 hydraulic support legs and 2 mechanical support legs. Each hydraulic leg cylinder piston rod is threaded and equipped with a locking nut, which can be used to lock the cylinder after the drilling rig is leveled. In this way, even if the oil cylinder leaks, the chassis will not become unstable.

◎The rotary table is a lever type, with a spiral arc gear transmission inside, which transmits a large torque, twice that of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad.
