The connecting rod float switch is a liquid level controller with a simple structure, easy to use, and safe and reliable. It is faster and has a longer working life than general mechanical switches; Compared with electronic switches, it has the characteristic of strong resistance to load impact, and one product can achieve multi-point control. It has been widely used in shipbuilding, papermaking, printing, generator equipment, petrochemicals, food industry, water treatment, electrical engineering, dye industry, hydraulic machinery and other fields.

Working principle
One or more reed switches are installed inside a sealed non-magnetic tube, and then the tube is passed through one or more hollow floating balls with circular magnets inside. The rise or fall of the liquid level will drive the floating balls to move together, causing the reed switches inside the non-magnetic tube to produce a suction or disconnection action and output a switch signal.
