The BX-8250F automatic smoke (gas) sampler adopts the pitot tube constant velocity sampling weight method to collect particulate matter in the flue, the positioning electrolysis method to determine harmful gases in the flue, and the dry wet bulb method to determine the moisture content in the flue. It can be widely used in environmental monitoring, third-party testing, labor protection, industrial hygiene, factories and mines to sample particulate matter and harmful gas concentrations in pipeline pollution sources. It can also be applied to evaluate and calibrate the accuracy of continuous measurement instruments for flue gas.

3、 Scope of application:

1. Measurement of parameters related to smoke and dust emission concentration, converted concentration, and total emissions from various boilers and industrial furnaces.

1. The dual automatic tracking sampling method can perform constant velocity sampling and constant current sampling according to different sampling methods, with the characteristics of simple operation, strong adaptability, and high tracking accuracy.

2. When sampling smoke and dust, based on the principle of parallel and constant velocity sampling using a pitot tube, it can automatically track the smoke flow velocity for constant velocity sampling or constant current sampling (when the flow velocity is low). The national standard method - weight method is used to collect the particulate matter content in the flue, which is highly intelligent and greatly improves the sampling accuracy.

Users can choose a low concentration smoke and dust multifunctional sampling tube to ensure measurement accuracy in low concentration smoke and dust environments.

3. Automatically measure various operating parameters of flue gas, including flow rate, dynamic pressure, static pressure, and flue gas temperature.

The instrument is equipped with automatic correction and compensation software, which effectively removes cross interference between smoke components. Optional moisture content sampling gun can measure the moisture content inside the pipeline. Optional flue gas preprocessor can enhance the accuracy of flue gas composition detection and solve problems such as low or inaccurate sulfur dioxide measurement values in flue gas environments.
