1、 Overview
The BSQD-V/A type multi-channel transmitter is an external transmitter that can be directly connected to 2-4 strain gauges in parallel. The transmitter is equipped with a precision amplification circuit, and a stable voltage and constant current power supply is provided inside the circuit to provide the working voltage of the sensors. The mechanical quantities are converted into standard current and voltage signals for output, such as 4-20mA, 0-10mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, which can be directly connected to automation control equipment or secondary instruments and computers. The transmitter has zero and gain adjustment functions.
2、 Technical Description
Aluminum alloy shell, specialized sealing joint, durable and with good sealing performance.
Adopting high-precision, low drift resistors and potentiometers to ensure the accuracy and stability of the system's operation.
The sensor connection and signal cable connection are equipped with dedicated wiring terminals to ensure reliable connection.
The wiring terminals are annotated with code markings to facilitate user wiring.
3、 Installation and debugging
1. Open box inspection
Please first check if all components inside the packaging are intact The packaging box should include the following components:
1 set of instruction manual for each junction box
2. Installation
When installing sensors, it is important to ensure that the force on the sensors is consistent when installing multiple sensors
3. Debugging
When the product leaves the factory, the sensor undergoes consistency compensation and calibration. During on-site use, the zero position adjustable resistor and gain adjustable resistor inside the amplifier cannot be debugged
