The BSJS9001 variable frequency dielectric loss tester is a novel intelligent instrument for measuring the dielectric loss tangent (tg δ) and capacitance (Cx) of various insulation materials, insulation sleeves, power cables, capacitors, transformers, transformers and other high-voltage equipment under high frequency voltage. The instrument is an integrated structure with built-in standard capacitors and boost power supplies. It is small in size, light in weight, easy to carry, and has the advantages of simple operation, automatic measurement, intuitive reading, no need for conversion, high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, etc. It can also be connected to external power supply and various specifications of high voltage level standard capacitors produced by our factory. Product Features
1. Frequency conversion anti-interference: Adopting frequency conversion anti-interference technology, it can accurately measure even under 200% interference, with stable test data, suitable for conducting anti-interference dielectric loss tests on site.
2. High precision measurement: Using techniques such as frequency fluctuation, digital waveform analysis, and bridge self calibration, combined with high-precision three terminal standard capacitors, high-precision dielectric loss measurement is achieved, and the accuracy and stability of positive/negative wiring measurement are consistent; The input resistance of all ranges of the instrument is less than 2 Ω, eliminating the influence of additional capacitance on the test line. It can be externally connected to an oil cup for precision insulation oil dielectric loss testing, and can be externally connected to a solid material measuring electrode for precision insulation material dielectric loss testing.
3. Strong applicability: Automatically recognizes 50Hz/60Hz system power supply, supports generator power supply, can measure normally even with large frequency fluctuations, built-in series and parallel dielectric loss measurement models, fully compatible with calibration bench and dielectric loss standard, convenient for instrument calibration.
4. Multi level security protection to ensure personal and equipment safety:
(1) High voltage protection: The test sample can cut off the output at high speed by short circuit, breakdown or high voltage current fluctuation.
(2) Low voltage protection: In case of accidental connection to 380V, power fluctuation or sudden power outage, the protection will be activated without causing overvoltage.
(3) Grounding protection: When the instrument is poorly grounded and the casing carries dangerous voltage, the grounding protection is activated.
(4) CVT: Four protection limits for high voltage and current, low voltage and current, which will not damage the equipment. Misselection of the menu will not output excitation voltage, and there is no 10kV high voltage output during CVT measurement.
(5) Anti misoperation: Two level power switch, real-time monitoring of voltage and current, multiple button confirmations, clear high/low voltage connection terminals, slow voltage rise, rapid voltage drop, sound and light alarm.
(6) Prevent "capacitance rise": When measuring large capacity test samples, there will be a "capacitance rise" effect of voltage rise. The instrument can automatically track the output voltage and maintain a constant test voltage.
(7) Seismic performance: The instrument adopts a unique seismic design, which can withstand strong long-distance transportation vibrations and bumps without damage.
(8) High voltage cable: It is a high-voltage insulated wire that can be dragged to the ground.
5. Powerful functionality:
(1) It has positive/reverse wiring, internal/external standard capacitors, multiple working modes of internal/external high voltage, integrated structure, and can perform various conventional dielectric loss tests without the need for any external auxiliary equipment.
(2) It has a four channel positive wiring mode, which facilitates the dielectric loss test of transformer bushings.
(3) Equipped with an external standard capacitor interface, it automatically tracks the frequency of the external test power supply from 40Hz to 70Hz, and supports large capacity and high voltage dielectric loss tests for power frequency and series resonant power supplies.
(4) It has a discharge warning function for poor circuit contact to facilitate the judgment of whether the wiring is reliable.
(5) Equipped with CVT self-excited measurement function, C1/C2 can be measured simultaneously with one wiring, automatically compensating for the effects of bus grounding and standard capacitor voltage division, without the need for wire replacement or external accessories, and the high-voltage connection line can be dragged to the ground.
(6) Equipped with CVT ratio function, it can measure CVT ratio, polarity, and phase errors.
(7) Equipped with reverse wiring low-voltage shielding function, C11 can be measured for dielectric loss without disconnecting the 10kV reverse wiring when the 220kV CVT bus is grounded, and both the main and slave capacitors can be measured simultaneously with one wiring.
