Product Introduction
The BS0207 transformer low-voltage short-circuit impedance tester is used for measuring transformer no-load and load parameters. The transformer low-voltage short-circuit impedance tester can accurately measure a series of parameters such as no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, and impedance voltage of various transformers; Conducting short-circuit impedance testing on power transformers and comparing them with nameplate or factory values can reveal defects such as winding displacement and deformation caused by severe fault currents during transportation, installation, and operation after factory testing; The device allows external current transformers and voltage transformers to expand their range for measurement. The maximum voltage can be measured up to 750V, with automatic switching, large screen display, and touch buttons for easier operation. It is mainly suitable for low voltage short-circuit impedance testing of power transformers (single-phase or three-phase) during factory, overhaul, pre testing, and handover testing. It is an essential maintenance tester for transformer production enterprises and power maintenance enterprises.
The main functions of the BS0207 transformer low-voltage short-circuit impedance tester include: black and white screen display, automatic waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, voltage correction (no-load test under non rated voltage), current correction (short-circuit test under non rated current conditions, taking 20% -70% of the rated current), additional loss correction for short-circuit test. Personnel only need to input the correction index tester according to the transformer type to automatically calculate the corrected results.
