Product Introduction

The DC resistance test of transformer windings is an essential test item for transformers after handover, overhaul, and change of tap changers. By measuring the DC resistance of transformer windings, the welding or connection quality of the leads, whether there is a turn to turn short circuit or open circuit in the winding, and whether the contact of the tap changers is good can be checked. In the past, the measurement of DC resistance was carried out using QJ44 double arm bridge, and the measurement current of this type of bridge is milliampere level, which requires a long measurement time and low accuracy. In order to change this situation, shorten the measurement time, and reduce the workload of testers, our company has developed this product.

This product is a high-precision replacement product for DC single and double arm bridges. The instrument adopts advanced switching power supply technology, and its measurement speed is more than 100 times faster than that of the bridge. The display part is composed of a four and a half LCD liquid crystal display to show the measurement results, and a three and a half LCD liquid crystal display to show the ambient temperature or test current value. It overcomes the disadvantage of other similar products that are inconvenient to read under sunlight with LED display values. At the same time, it has an automatic arc extinguishing function. This instrument has the advantages of fast speed measurement, high accuracy, intuitive display, strong anti-interference ability, small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable test data, and is not affected by human factors. The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery pack (14.8V), which can be used for both AC and DC, making it convenient for on-site and field testing.

This product complies with the requirements of DL/T845.3-2004 "General Technical Conditions for Resistance Measuring Devices Part 3: DC Resistance Tester".

1. Fast testing speed: The maximum output charging current of this instrument can reach 5A. During measurement, it can effectively compensate for the current inertia of large inductive devices, accelerate iron core saturation, shorten charging time, and improve testing speed. It is hundreds of times faster than traditional single and double arm bridge instruments.
