Product Introduction

The DC resistance test of transformer windings is an essential test item for transformers after handover, major repairs, and changes to tap changers. Under normal circumstances, measuring the DC resistance of transformer windings and high-power inductance equipment using traditional methods (bridge method and voltage drop method) is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task. In order to change this situation, shorten the measurement time, and reduce the workload of testers, our company has developed the BS0204-40 transformer DC resistance rapid tester, which is an ideal equipment for measuring the DC resistance of transformer windings and high-power inductance equipment. This transformer DC resistance rapid tester complies with the requirements of DL/T845.3-2004, national standards GB6587 "General Principles for Environmental Testing of Electronic Measuring Instruments", and GB6593 "Quality Calibration Rules for Electronic Instruments".
