There is a heat dissipation device and cooling bracket behind the shrink furnace of the Tawen PE film heat shrink packaging machine, which can be specifically used for PE shrink film.
The shrinkage furnace adopts steel flower tube heating, electronic continuously variable speed automatic temperature control, closed hot air circulation type, solid-state relay control, stable and reliable, low noise, and long service life.
The products packaged by the heat shrink film packaging machine can be sealed, moisture-proof, and impact resistant, and are suitable for wrapping multiple items tightly and palletizing. There are two options for the conveying part of the heat shrink film packaging machine: mesh belt and rod-shaped chain. We can also provide customized high-temperature PE film heat shrink machines for special sizes.

1. The heat shrink machine consumes a large amount of power, so the input power must be greater than the nominal power on the shrink machine nameplate, otherwise it is easy to burn out the circuit or electrical components.
2. When the machine specifies a three-phase 380V power supply, the neutral wire must be input simultaneously, which is the standard three-phase four wire system. Otherwise, the machine cannot function properly and is prone to burning out internal electrical components.
3. When the machine is used continuously for more than three months, the temperature resistant wires in the contraction chamber should be inspected and replaced according to their degree of aging.
4. After the packaging work is completed, the heating switch should be turned off first, and the conveyor motor and fan motor should continue to run for about 10 minutes before cutting off the entire power supply.
