1) Product IntroductionThe Canon 500D DSLR digital camera has a pixel count of up to 15 million, which can capture high-definition microscopic images for users. By connecting to a computer, real-time display of microscopic images can be achieved, and microscopic images can be collected individually or continuously. The system is also equipped with image measurement management software, which can calibrate the magnification of the captured microscopic images, display the scale bar, and is suitable for researchers to create standard calibrated microscopic images and publish papers. At the same time, various measurements such as straight lines, radii, angles, areas, and perimeters can also be taken on the targets within the collected images, with a calculation accuracy of 0.1 μ m. This system covers almost all application areas of image measurement and analysis, including biomedical pharmaceuticals, textile fibers, chemical engineering, fisheries and animal husbandry, coatings and dyes, paper and printing, food processing, beverage industry, metal materials, electronic components, tribology, and other fields. All kinds of detection and analysis related to image morphology, such as tissue cell morphology analysis, solid powder and liquid particle measurement, and morphology analysis of various reactant particles in the chemical industry, can provide accurate measurement and analysis data for researchers and inspectors. And it can perform various processing, editing, saving, and outputting of microscopic images (connecting multimedia teaching demonstrations, printing photos, emails, etc.).

② Automatic white balance. Easy color adjustment, better image restoration, and more realistic colors.
③ Single frame microscopic images can be captured, saved in JPG, CRW, CR2, TIF formats, and images can be stitched together. The methods are as follows: X-direction splicing, Y-direction splicing, matrix splicing (3 × 3)
④ It has continuous shooting function. Suitable for observing the living habits and movement trajectories of small insects.

(4) Operation steps:
1. Install digital camera drivers and measurement software
2. Install a digital camera on the microscope and connect it to a computer
3. Open the digital camera and browse microscopic images through the camera driver
4. Take microscopic images and save them, and take ruler images at corresponding magnifications and save them
5. Open the ruler file at multiples through the measurement management software for calibration.
6. Open the captured microscopic image through measurement software and perform operations such as scaling, measurement, editing, and saving output.
