The outer surface of the tower is coated with water-resistant and anti-aging adhesive resin as the anti-aging surface layer, with a thickness of not less than 0.5mm. A non alkali, non wax, and non twisted grid fine cloth is used as the anti-aging transition layer between the strength and the inner and outer surfaces, with a resin content of not less than 75%. The number of layers is laid according to the requirements of large and technical standards, and the resin content reaches 60-70%, making the tower strength absolutely reliable.

Working process of BJS-X fiberglass acid mist purification tower

The acid mist exhaust gas is pressed into the inner cylinder of the purification tower by a fan to form a pressure chamber, and then distributed to each bubble tube through the pressure chamber. The exhaust gas enters the absorption and neutralization liquid in the storage tank through bubbles to produce bubbles, allowing the gas-liquid to fully contact and improve the purification efficiency; Then it enters the spray layer, which uses double-layer packing and two-stage spraying to ensure full contact between gas and liquid and improve purification efficiency. This tower can be equipped with a fiberglass centrifugal fan and a plastic or stainless steel water pump. When the air volume is above 10000 cubic meters, using two water pumps can meet the design requirements.
