The BHC series biological clean safety cabinet is a purification equipment that provides a locally high cleanliness working environment and strong passability. Widely used in teaching, electronics, bioengineering, scientific experiments, etc., it is one of the commonly used instruments in microbiology, tissue culture, and molecular biology experiments.
1、 Working principle
The air is compressed into the static pressure box through the primary air filter on the side and the low-noise centrifugal fan, and then evenly blown out at the top through the high-efficiency air filter, forming a high-purity air curtain to remove the original natural air in the work area. The ideal high-purity space is achieved within five minutes after starting up. Adopting an adjustable air volume fan system and a rotary switch to regulate voltage, ensuring that the wind speed in the working area is always in an ideal state.
Structural Features
The box shell is tightly bonded with medium fiber board to ensure long-term rust free operation. The surface is treated with electric spray coating to make it smooth and dust-free. The table is laid with stainless steel plate, and the electrical switch is a touch sensitive switch for easy use. Electronic ballasts are used for light tubes.

4、 Installation and use
The workstation should be located in a relatively clean working environment (preferably in a primary purification room of 100000 or 300000 levels), plugged in the power, and turned on according to the functions shown on the control panel. Before starting up, the working area and shell of the purification workstation should be thoroughly cleaned to remove surface dust. Normal operation and use can be carried out within ten minutes after starting up.
5、 Maintenance
1. According to the actual situation, the primary filter should be removed and cleaned regularly, with a cleaning cycle of generally 3-6 months. If not cleaned for a long time, dust accumulation will lead to insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect.
2. When the ideal cross-sectional wind speed cannot be achieved after normal replacement or cleaning of the primary air filter, the operating voltage of the fan should be adjusted to achieve the ideal uniform wind speed.
3. Generally, when the operating voltage of the fan is adjusted to the highest point after 18 months of use and still cannot reach the ideal wind speed, it indicates that the high-efficiency air filter has accumulated too much dust (the filter holes on the filter material are basically blocked and need to be updated in a timely manner). The service life of a high-efficiency air filter is generally 18 months.
