The BBY600 (formerly LYL-60)/BBY400 (formerly LYL-40) pressure gauge calibrator is suitable for various levels of metrological calibration institutions and industrial and mining enterprises. It uses a comparison method to calibrate ordinary pressure gauges and other prohibited oil pressure gauges This calibrator uses a plunger pump under the action of a hand pressure rod to generate pressure, and is equipped with a two-stage oil-water isolation device. The pressure is transmitted through oil and water circuits, and can be used to calibrate both pressure gauges and oxygen gauges, making it a dual-use device This machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, easy operation, stable performance, safety and durability

Working medium: clean water and instrument oil

Strength and sealing: First apply pressure to 75Mpa and maintain for 5 minutes, then the pressure drop within 5 minutes should be less than or equal to 1Mpa

Working pressure and sealing performance: Apply pressure in steps of 10Mpa (100kgf/c ㎡) and maintain each step for 1 minute. The pressure drop should be less than or equal to 1% of the load of that level
