(3). The reducer of the automatic winding machine is an important component of the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to operate the reducer without oil. After running for 300 hours, clean the inside and replace it with new oil. After that, change the oil every 2500 hours of operation. This phenomenon remains unchanged and must be carried out carefully.
The lubrication work of each component is very important, and we also need to pay attention to the quality of the lubricating oil. For example, using industrial gear oil ISOVG150 in an environment of -5 ℃~10 ℃ and industrial gear oil N320 in an environment of 10 ℃~40 ℃ can achieve the ideal packaging lubrication effect.
