Introduction to Maintenance Knowledge of Puffed Food Packaging Machine
1. Unused packaging film should be taken out after work to avoid bending the support tube.
2. Before starting up every day, the oil cup on the horizontal sealing bracket should be filled with 20 # engine oil once.
3. Before starting up, we need to clean the inside and outside of the machine clean and free of contamination. Parts that have food passing through must be disinfected.
4. If any material is found in the longitudinal or transverse seal during the opening process, the machine must be stopped immediately and the longitudinal or transverse seal teeth must be cleaned with a copper wire brush.
5. Before going to and from work every day, please check whether the oil level of the gas source triple storage tank is maintained at more than 1/3. If it is less than 1/3, then inject 20 # pure engine oil to about 1/2 of the tank.
