Due to the characteristics of the finished material itself (chemical composition, particle size, and geometric shape) and changes in external factors (humidity, temperature, pressure, impurities, etc.), as well as the presence of moisture inside the finished material, the surface of the finished material dissolves and recrystallizes, forming crystal bridges at the contact points between grains. Over time, the grains bond together and gradually form huge clusters.
The anti caking treatment of compound fertilizers has become an essential process in the production process. Solid anti caking agent is heated and melted into liquid, and mineral oil is added as a carrier during the melting process as needed. It is then pumped into the coating machine through a metering pump. Inert powder is metered into the coating machine through a screw conveyor. After spraying a layer of anti caking agent on the surface of granular fertilizer, it is then wrapped in inert powder for the subsequent packaging process.
