The person stands on the large pedal and opens the hand push plate eye washer to automatically discharge water. The pipes inside and in the pipes are set as automatic drainage devices. After use, the eye washer and flushing valves are closed, and the equipment will automatically open the drainage valve and close the inlet valve to automatically drain all the remaining water in the internal pipes of the eye washer. There is no need to close the inlet main valve and then open the drainage valve. Convenient and efficient to achieve the purpose of antifreeze. Prevent residual water from freezing in the pipeline, causing pipeline rupture and equipment damage.

Product Technical Parameters

1. Shower: Pull down the pull rod and spray water from the spray basin within 1 second, with an adjustable flow rate of 90-180 liters.

2. Eye wash: Push open the handle and spray the aerosol eye wash water within 1 second. The water outlet height and angle are designed according to the proportion of the person's face, and the eye wash flow rate can be adjusted from 12-18L/min. The work pressure is 0.2-0.4MPA.

3. Eye wash filter: High density PP+304 double-layer filter can filter impurities in water, and the sprayed water is in the form of mist. It is gentle when held together.

4. Ball valve: One piece ball valve and two-piece ball valve are optional. The two-piece ball valve can ensure that the water flow rate of the eye washer meets American standards.

5. Eye washer assembly: composed of precision machined 304 castings, with a 90 degree bent pipe made of seamless pipe without welds, which will not cause the pipe wall to burst due to water pressure during use.

6. Base: die cast, high strength and pressure resistance, standard configuration aluminum alloy material, optional 304 stainless steel material.

7. Inlet and outlet: 5/4-inch threaded connection.

8. Performance: It has high resistance to corrosive solutions such as acid, alkali, salt, and oil.
