3. Peeling: The raw materials are mechanically (or manually) uniformly removed from the apple skin, removing areas with cracks and spots.
4. Slicing: Peel the apple and use a seeder to create circular holes along the center of the core. Then, use a slicer to cut the apple into circular slices horizontally along the fruit.
