This device consists of two parts: a crusher and a juicer. The main component is the crushing device installed on the feeding hopper (consisting of the feeding hopper, body, spindle, flying knife, bottom knife, bearing seat, motor, etc.). During operation, the motor drives the spindle to rotate at a constant speed through a pair of pulleys, and the material is chopped by the high-speed rotating flying knife. Due to the centrifugal force, it directly enters the spiral juicing system to improve the juicing effect. The main component of spiral juicing is the spiral, which gradually increases in diameter and decreases in pitch along the direction of the slag outlet. When the material is pushed forward by the spiral, the volume of the spiral chamber shrinks, forming a squeezing effect on the material. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag hopper. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and compressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The axial movement of the pressure regulating head can adjust the size of the gap and adjust the juice yield.
