Anti condensation anti blowing flat bag dust collector is a bag dust collector used to separate dispersed particles from gas. It contains a shell with upper and lower flower plates fixed inside to form an inlet chamber, a dust removal chamber, and a cleaning chamber. The three chambers are equipped with inlet pipes, outlet pipes, and cleaning doors on the shell walls. The anti condensation and anti blowing flat bag dust collector has a set of filter bags fixed on the two flower plates in the dust removal chamber. Its characteristic is that the anti condensation and anti blowing flat bag dust collector has a vibrating grid connected by steel wires suspended from the flower plates, and all filter bags are threaded through its mesh holes. Dust cleaning mechanism of anti condensation and anti blowing flat bag dust collector

During normal dust removal and filtration in the filter bag chamber of the dust collector, the gas flows from the lower port to the exhaust port, and the blowback port is closed. The working principle of the three-way directional valve is shown in Figure 3-63. Simple construction, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.
