Functional principle:
The Andix dust explosion-proof valve is a normally open explosion-proof valve. In the normal working state of the dust removal system, the valve plate of the explosion-proof valve is in an open state under the force of the internal magnetic mechanism. This is different from other brands of explosion-proof valves in that it can completely reduce the pressure loss before and after the explosion-proof valve, so as not to affect the wind speed, air volume, and effective recovery of dust in the pipeline. So in normal working conditions, once detonation or explosion occurs at the front end of the explosion-proof valve, the pressure at the front end of the pipeline increases, and the gas flows in reverse. The detonation pressure can completely overcome the force of the magnetic mechanism and force the valve plate inside the explosion-proof valve to close. In this way, the valve plate is tightly attached to the sealing surface on the inlet side under the action of the explosion force, and the self-locking mechanism set inside automatically locks, thereby preventing the propagation of explosion flames and pressure waves.
