It mainly solidifies in an oxygen deficient environment and does not solidify when in contact with oxygen. It can quickly solidify in a closed oxygen deficient environment and form extremely high strength. Mainly used in industrial production for screw fixation, sealing of mechanical components, pipeline sealing, bearing fixation, etc., it can extend mechanical life, increase operational safety, improve product quality, etc. Its aging resistance is extremely strong, and it can withstand temperatures from -55 ℃ to 160 ℃, making it a superior industrial adhesive.

Usage:

1. Surface treatment rust removal - degreasing - cleaning - drying rust removal can be carried out by mechanical or chemical methods: degreasing and cleaning can be carried out by soaking in appropriate organic solvents (such as acetone, solvent gasoline) for two to three times.

2. Apply anaerobic adhesive and apply sufficient amount to fill the gaps.

3. Assembly should be positioned as soon as possible, and the workpiece cannot be moved after positioning.

4. Curing: Generally, anaerobic adhesive can reach its strength within 1 hour, and even higher strength can be achieved within 24 hours.

Anaerobic adhesive is a single component sealing adhesive made using the principle of oxygen inhibiting free radical polymerization, which can be used for both bonding and sealing. When the coated surface is isolated from air and catalyzed, it can quickly polymerize and cure at room temperature. The composition of anaerobic adhesive is relatively complex, mainly composed of unsaturated monomers, as well as aromatic amines, phenols, aromatic hydrazine, peroxides, etc. In recent years, the formulation of anaerobic adhesives abroad has been constantly innovating and improving, and has been favored by the machinery industry.

Attention:
1. Anaerobic adhesive should not be stored in airtight containers such as metal or glass, but in breathable (low-density polyethylene) containers, and can only hold up to 2/3 bottles.
2. Anaerobic adhesive should be stored in a cool, dry place and not exposed to direct sunlight.
3. Suitable for bonding between metals, not suitable for using porous materials such as plastic, wood, paper, etc. For active metal surfaces such as steel, copper, and their alloys, the bonding and curing process is fast and the strength is high. For metals such as stainless steel, zinc, cadmium, etc., the surface curing is slow and the strength is low.
4. The curing conditions meet the following two conditions: oxygen isolation, with a gap generally required to be less than 0.2mm; active initiation centers, such as metals and accelerators.
If the adhesive force is too strong during dismantling, the components can be heated to 200-300 ℃ and dismantled while still hot; It can also be disassembled by soaking in anaerobic adhesive specific cleaning agents or acetone for a long time.
