1、 Product Introduction
The all-weather vegetation fluorescence observation system isEvergreen Instrument has independently developed and designed a vegetation fluorescence observation device with high resolution, high sensitivity, and 16 channels.This device uses a high-resolution and sensitive spectrometer as the main sensor, which can automatically observe the downward irradiance and upward apparent radiance of vegetation canopy in the field, and calculate the vegetation sunlight induced chlorophyll fluorescence in real time(solar-induced Fluorescence,SIF)This device can be used in the wild for a long time, 24/7. Its customized bracket can adjust the distance between the measurement sensor and the sample according to experimental needs. The device is highly modular and can be customized according to customer needs.
2、 Working principle
The 8-channel all-weather vegetation fluorescence observation system is based on spectral observations of O2-A and O2-B dark lines near 760nm and 687nm, and extracts daylight induced chlorophyll fluorescence through algorithms such as 3FLD and SFM.
The core function of this device is to measure the incident solar irradiance and the apparent radiance of vegetation canopy in a quasi synchronous manner. The incident solar irradiance is obtained by observing upwards through a fiber optic cable with a cosine corrector, and the apparent radiance of the vegetation canopy upwards is obtained by observing the canopy through another fiber optic cable, which can be fully automatically and continuously observedSix target objects, and then the data is transmitted to the host through optical fiber for computation.
The spectrometer of this device is placed in a constant temperature box. The constant temperature box adopts semiconductor technologyTEC refrigeration allows the spectrometer to operate at a constant temperature of 20 to 40 ℃± 1 ℃ (the temperature can be freely set, but the ambient temperature cannot be higher than 50 ℃ or lower than 20 ℃). Real time monitoring and storage of temperature and humidity values of the constant temperature box, as well as the ambient temperature inside the chassis. When there is an abnormal temperature, emergency measures will be automatically taken, such as alarming, shutting down the spectrometer, or even the entire system.
This equipment is equipped with fully automatic rain and dust protection devices, which can protect the cosine corrector from rain and dust invasion, and maximize the safety and reliability of the collected data of the equipment
