Product Introduction:
Reverse osmosis is an advanced, energy-saving and effective membrane separation technology in the world today. It mainly utilizes the principle of semi permeability, applying a pressure to it in a certain way that is opposite to the natural permeation direction, causing water in the concentrated solution to permeate into the dilute solution. This method is called reverse osmosis, and a device composed of reverse osmosis elements is called a reverse osmosis device.
The pore size of RO reverse osmosis membranes is as small as nanometers (1 nanometer=10-9 meters). Under certain pressure, H2O molecules can pass through the RO membrane, while impurities such as inorganic salts, heavy metal ions, organic matter, colloids, bacteria, viruses, etc. in the source water cannot pass through the RO membrane, thus strictly distinguishing between permeable pure water and impermeable concentrated water.

The pretreatment system generally includes raw water pumps, dosing devices, quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, precision filters, etc. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine, in order to meet the inlet requirements of reverse osmosis. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should be determined according to the specific situation of the raw water.
The reverse osmosis device mainly consists of multi-stage high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane shells (pressure vessels), brackets, etc. Its main function is to remove impurities from water and make the effluent meet the requirements for use.
