IIAll stainless steel constant temperature water bath potstructure and principle
The sink shell of this series of water bath pots is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel folded and welded. A stainless steel tubular heater is horizontally placed inside the sink, and a perforated stainless steel shelf is placed inside the sink.
The top cover is equipped with combination rings of different diameters, which can adapt to flasks of different diameters.
There is a drain pipe on the left side of the water bath, and an electrical control box on the right side. The panel is equipped with temperature control instruments and power switches.
There are electric heating tubes and sensors inside the electrical box. The temperature control system adopts advanced microcomputer PID control technology, which has sensitive temperature control, reliable performance, and easy use.
Working principle:The PT100 sensor converts the temperature of the water in the sink into a resistance value. After amplification and comparison by an integrated amplifier, it outputs a control signal to effectively control the average heating power of the electric heating tube, keeping the water in the sink at a constant temperature. At the same time, the water bath also has over temperature alarm, over temperature power-off, and timed function shutdown.
