The EKO All Sky Imager (model: SRF-02) is a new generation of all sky imagers with unique technological advantages that can automatically record clear cloud distribution data in the entire sky without sun obstruction and fully exposed to sunlight. It can be used to monitor changes in weather and cloud conditions, forecast solar energy production capacity, and evaluate photovoltaic power generation performance. Its embedded solar energy monitoring system can greatly enhance the ability to study and predict regional solar energy resources.

This imaging device hasWith a wide viewing angle of 180 ° and high-resolution sensors, it can automatically record cloud information throughout the sky and convert it into quantitative cloud information through advanced cloud detection algorithms in the software. The imager can access the Internet through the standard network card, and transmit data to the server or monitoring computer through the network.

The imaging instrument control software integrates a horizon determination tool, providing users with greater flexibility and functional needs. For example, the software can be used to set zenith angle ranges, ground cover areas, or areas of interest to avoid the influence of inherent obstructions around the station on observation results. The imaging device also has good waterproof function, and according to actual observation conditions, it can be dried using an air pump or a built-in drying box. The built-in drying box drying method is more suitable for application in remote observation sites with insufficient power supply conditions.
