Instructions for Use
1. Materials entering and exiting the clean area must be strictly separated from personnel flow channels and should use the material passageway in the production workshop.
2. When materials enter, raw and auxiliary materials should be unpacked or cleaned by the process supervisor of the preparation team before being sent to the raw and auxiliary material temporary storage room in the workshop via the pass-through window. Inner packaging materials should have their outer packaging removed in their outer temporary storage room before being sent to the inner packaging room via the pass-through window. The workshop coordinator should handle the material handover with the process supervisors of preparation and inner packaging.
3. When passing materials through the pass-through window, the "one open, one close" rule for the inner and outer doors of the pass-through window must be strictly followed. Both doors cannot be opened simultaneously. After opening the outer door to put in the material, close the door first, then open the inner door to take out the material, close the door, and repeat this cycle.
4. When sending materials out of the clean area, the materials should first be transported to the relevant intermediate material station and then moved out of the clean area in the reverse order of material entry. 5. All semi-finished products transported from the clean area must be sent to the outer temporary storage room via a pass-through window, and then transferred to the outer packaging room via the logistics channel.
6. Materials and waste that are highly susceptible to contamination should be transported to the non-clean area via their pass-through windows.
7. After materials have been moved in and out, the clean packaging rooms or intermediate stations and the pass-through windows should be cleaned promptly. The inner and outer passage doors of the pass-through windows should be closed, and cleaning and disinfection should be carried out.

Function
To reduce the large amount of dust particles brought in by the movement of goods, the clean airflow filtered by the HEPA filter in the air shower pass-through window is sprayed onto the goods from all directions by rotating nozzles, effectively and quickly removing dust particles. The removed dust particles are then filtered again by the pre-filter and HEPA filter and recycled back into the air shower area.
