
1、 Product Introduction and Working Principle:
There is generally a certain conductivity in tap water. By directly inserting the electrode into tap water and connecting it to an AC power source, due to the conductivity of water, current will pass through the water between the electrodes, and all the electrical energy transmitted to the water will be converted into heat energy, causing the water to heat up and produce steam.
The SJDJ type electrode humidifier adopts a more stable mesh electrode sheet, and the current size is related to the power supply voltage, the area of the electrode immersed in water, and the conductivity. The amount of steam generated by the humidifier is affected by the power or current strength, and the current control can be adjusted by changing the area of the electrode immersed in water. Maintaining the conductivity of water within a certain range can achieve good system continuous control.
The steam pressure generated by the electrode humidifier is low, and the steam does not contain minerals, bacteria, or white powder.
2、 Control form:
There are two main categories: switch quantity and continuous proportional adjustment, with two types of switch quantity control methods. One of them is designed to integrate switch quantity and continuous proportional adjustment control. The continuous proportional adjustment range is (20% -100%), and the control signal has 0-10V and 4-20mA.

8、 Installation of SJDJ type electrode humidifier
When choosing the location for installing a steam humidifier, it is important to pay attention to the following points:
a. Environmental temperature 5-40 ℃
b. Relative humidity below 80% RH
c. When connecting the steam distribution pipe to the steam humidifier, the shortest length of steam outlet hose and condensate return hose should be used as much as possible.
e. The hose should avoid sagging and knotting, and should have a slope of 5-10 °
f. Humidifiers must be installed vertically in order to function properly.
9、 Cleaning and maintenance of steam drum
When the humidification capacity of the electrode humidifier does not reach the predetermined humidification capacity, if other components are working normally, it means that the steam drum needs to be cleaned. Here are the cleaning steps and precautions:
1. Remove the shell, remove the connectors, and take off the upper half of the steam drum.
2. Remove all scale and sludge from the steam drum.
3. Tap the heating electrode to remove the scale on the electrode, allowing a small portion to remain.
4. Check the upper water level detector of the steam drum and rinse to remove any impurities attached to it.
5. Rinse the filter in the steam drum.

1. Acidic or chemical detergents should not be used during cleaning.
If the humidity is insufficient due to insufficient conductivity of water, a small amount of salt can be added to the cylinder.
