Product Introduction

The air conditioning shell crusher is a shearing blade crusher produced by Henan Fukai Machinery. This machine belongs to the waste plastic recycling and crushing equipment. It can be used to crush and regenerate plastic products such as air conditioning panels, hanging machine shells, cooling fans, and grids in one go. In terms of material types, this machine can crush and process plastic products such as ABS/PP/PC. Structural principle

The operating principle of the air conditioning shell crusher is to achieve the crushing effect of materials through the mutual cutting of the fixed knife and the moving knife. When in use, the materials enter the crusher main box through the feeding machine. In the main box, the materials are repeatedly cut by the moving knife and the fixed knife under the rotation of the rotor. The cut materials are discharged from the box under the filtering effect of the bottom screen. Materials that do not meet the discharge size are crushed again in the main machine until they reach the size of the screen aperture before being discharged from the box to complete the crushing. Henan Fukai Machinery will explain this to you through the conventional selection of plastic materials for scrapped air conditioners. At present, plastic components used in air conditioning mainly include panels, air deflectors, axial flow fans, electrical control boxes, and external grilles. Commonly used plastics include ABS, PP, and PC/ABS. In terms of classification, it is usually divided into the following three categories based on material:
1、 ABS products
1. Air conditioning panel: For air conditioning panels, anti-static ABS and anti-static HIPS are generally used, which have the characteristics of anti-static, weather resistance, good formability, and high strength. The surface resistivity of anti-static ABS can reach E+12 Ω/sq, with a melt index of 25g/min (220 ℃, 10kg), a molding shrinkage rate of 0.3-0.7% (23 ℃), and a tensile strength of 62MPa.
2. Air conditioning air guide plate: Made of heat-resistant ABS, the material has the characteristics of high heat resistance, high impact resistance, sprayability, and no shrinkage marks.
3. Air conditioning axial fan blades: Made of fiberglass reinforced ABS, the material has the characteristics of high heat resistance, high strength, and dimensional stability.
4. Air conditioning electrical control box: The air conditioning electrical control box adopts flame-retardant ABS, which has the characteristics of easy processing and excellent impact performance.
2、 PC/ABS products
1. Air conditioner casing: The air conditioner casing is made of flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy, which is characterized by high heat resistance, high strength, and dimensional stability.
2. Air conditioning air guide plate: Made of PC/ABS material injection molded air conditioning air guide plate, this material is characterized by high gloss, high heat resistance, high strength, and dimensional stability.
3、 PP products
1. Air conditioning outdoor grille: Made of heat-resistant PP material, this material can also be used for the top cover and side cover of the air conditioning outdoor unit. Weather resistant PP has the characteristics of high strength, high heat resistance, and good UV stability (up to HB grade).
2. Air conditioning fan blade: This piece is made of fiberglass mica reinforced PP, which is characterized by high strength (tensile strength of 70MPa), high heat resistance, and low shrinkage.
