Acored brandThe AKD-V10 pharmaceutical specific trace moisture analyzer is a high-performance Karl Fischer volumetric method moisture analyzer newly launched by Akorod. After several optimization upgrades, the accuracy and automation level of the product have been optimized and improved. The instrument adopts the Karl Fischer volumetric titration principle, contains rich calculation formulas, and corresponding analysis methods. It can quickly and accurately test the moisture content from 10ppm to 100%. It has the function of storing data and can be connected to a printer to print test data. Fully automatic mode, automatic testing, automatic calculation, automatic reagent suction, automatic blank filling, automatic waste liquid discharge, and automatic cleaning. First assemble the moisture analyzer and connect it to the power supply, then turn on the power switch
Reagent debugging steps:
1. Suck methanol (other co solvents) until the liquid level covers the platinum tip of the electrode
2. Let the instrument perform a blank operation to deduct excess water from methanol (other solvents)
3. Perform multiple calibrations on the Karl Fischer reagent we use (more than 3 times, it is recommended to use deionized water or standard samples for calibration, or standard water samples for calibration)
4. After calibration, sample measurement can be carried out
Sample determination steps:
1. After sampling with an injector, place it on an analytical balance and weigh it. Click to remove the skin
2. Inject the sample into the titration cell
3. Take out the sampler and place it on the analytical balance for weighing. The weight displayed on the balance at this time is the weight of the sample
4. Enter the weight of the sample into the instrument and click to start the measurement
5. The measurement is completed, and the instrument displays the measurement results and automatically stores them

1、 Cannot display normally

2、 The instrument titration does not stop
1. Is the Karl Fischer reagent ineffective.
2. Too much water, too much sample injected.
3. Aldehydes, ketones or other components react with Karl Fischer reagent to produce water.
3、 Instrument testing is unstable
