2、 Electric furnace structure
The structure of the aging furnace consists of the furnace body, furnace door, electric trolley, heating element, thermal circulation fan and guide system, electrical control system, and other parts.
2.1. furnace body
2.1.1 The electric furnace shell is made of welded steel sections as the frame, and the outer and inner walls are made of 1.2mm Q235A steel plate sheet metal bent and welded with rivets, with a small coefficient of thermal deformation. The total thickness of the furnace lining fiber is 100mm; the fiber of the furnace lining adopts the standard type produced by Shandong Luyang Co., Ltd. using vacuum spinning method, and the density of the fiber compression module is ≥ 230Kg/m3This structure has few occurrences of thermal bridge short circuits, and has good air tightness. It has the advantages of being firm and reliable, easy to maintain, long in service life, good energy-saving effect, light weight of the furnace body, and small temperature rise of the furnace shell.
2.1.2 The surface of the shell is treated with rust prevention, and the primer is rust proof paint. The outer layer of paint is sprayed with high-temperature resistant paint.
2.2. furnace door
2.2.1 The furnace door shell is also made of welded steel frame, and the inner and outer walls are made of 1.2mm stainless steel sheet metal bent, welded, and riveted together. The inner lining is also made of fire-resistant fiber needle blanket as insulation and thermal insulation material.
2.2.2. Rubber asbestos packing is embedded around the furnace mouth, and after the furnace door is closed, it is tightly attached to the rubber asbestos packing at the furnace mouth to ensure no heat dissipation.
2.2.3. The furnace door adopts manual double opening, which is easy to operate.
2.3 Loading trolley
2.3.1 The loading trolley is made of structural steel as a frame, and a fire-resistant fiber needle punched blanket is used in the middle for insulation and heat preservation.
2.3.2 The trolley and furnace body adopt a tight sealing structure.
2.3.3 The movement of the car is electrically operated, controlled by a rotary switch. The car has an automatic limit switch.
2.4. heating element
2.4.1 The heating element of the electric furnace adopts a tubular heater, which is arranged on both sides of the furnace wall. The material of the resistance wire is 0Cr25Al5 alloy wire, which has a long service life.
2.4.2 Heating power: 90KW, 24 units * 3.75KW, installed on both sides of the equipment.
2.5 Thermal circulation fan and diversion system
2.5.1 The hot cycle fan adopts an air-cooled centrifugal furnace fan. To ensure quality and service life, high-temperature resistant fans produced by professional factories are used, with low air pressure, high air volume, low vibration and noise (≤ 75dB), and long service life. The fan impeller and shaft are made of 0Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel and undergo static and dynamic balance tests. The fan is installed on both sides of the top center of the furnace.
2.5.2 The diversion system consists of a diversion top cover and a wind deflector. The main purpose of using this structure is to create convection in the furnace atmosphere. Its working process is that when the fan is turned on and rotated, air is thrown out of the fan, diverted through the top guide cover, and blown onto the side wall heating element, taking away the heat generated by the heating element. The hot air flows along the wind deflector channel into the furnace, and then evenly passes through all workpieces from the lower layer of the air duct, making them fully heated and returning to the furnace top air duct. It is then sucked into the fan through the diversion hole in the middle of the guide cover, and thrown out of the fan. Repeat the process at high speed (with an atmosphere circulation rate of 30 times/min or more) to achieve uniform temperature inside the furnace.
2.5.3 The diversion top cover is made of 1.2mm Q235A steel plate sheet metal bent, welded and riveted, and its structure is also equipped with a diversion groove to make the circulating air flow more uniform.
2.5.4 The wind deflector is also made of stainless steel plate, sheet metal, bent, welded and riveted, assembled in sections, suspended on fixed rods on the inner side of the furnace wall, and easy to disassemble.
2.6 Temperature measurement system
2.6.1Each temperature control zone is equipped with a thermocouple,K-type Class I thermocouple.
2.7 Electrical Control System
2.7.1 Temperature control adopts thyristor PID power regulation and three-phase zero crossing trigger control method.
2.7.2 Selection of Temperature Control Instrument: Taisi
2.7.3 The system is equipped with sound and light alarms for overheating and overcurrent, as well as an electrical safety logic protection system. If the electric furnace exceeds the temperature limit, the main circuit power supply will be automatically cut off. If the fan does not work, the main circuit power supply of the heater cannot be connected.
2.7.4 Mechanical Action Control: Both the transmission and motion parts are equipped with safety limit switches to ensure the continuous, reliable, and repetitive mechanical action. They are also equipped with safety interlock functions and emergency stop buttons. In the event of an emergency, the system control power can be immediately cut off to prevent malicious incidents.
2.7.5 The low-voltage electrical components used in the system are selected from Chint products.
