The system has a bandwidth of up to 20GHz and a rise time of 22.3ps (10% to 90%). According to the relationship between rise time, resolution, and impedance lines in IPC650 2.5.5.7Z, impedance with shorter line lengths can be measured.

Built in ESD protection circuit can defend against 3KV ESD and ± 30V EOS, protecting the instrument to a greater extent from electrostatic damage and greatly reducing maintenance costs. Real time dynamic impedance measurement, without the need for multiple averaging to suppress noise and display impedance measurement results in real-time. Paired with adjustable spacing test probes, it is more convenient to test small spacing PCBs and FPC boards.



A more user-friendly intelligent Chinese impedance measurement software with a simple operation interface, which can directly output impedance test reports in real time (including impedance machine serial number, impedance larger value, minimum value, average value, test date, etc.), as well as output test curve images and impedance values for each impedance point. Foot switch control enables quick measurement and improves measurement speed.



By analyzing the simulated eye diagram, one can gain a deeper understanding of the performance of high-speed interconnect devices.

Paired with semi-automatic or fully automatic testing systems and their corresponding fixtures for PCB boards, impedance can be tested in batches and efficiently. Test reports can be generated automatically, and problem impedance board information can be printed automatically, greatly saving time and labor costs.

ENA-TDR SET2DIL meets testing requirements such as Intel: SET2DIL (Singleended TDR to Differential Insertion Loss) transmission line loss. By using the Picoprobe 40A-GSSG-450-TLD probe from GGB company (compliant with IPC specifications) and our company's developed Chinese SET2DIL testing software, SET2DIL can be easily and accurately measured according to IPC-TM-650 method 2.5.5.12A.


High performance ENA-T DR, combined with material testing software and QWED resonant cavity metallurgy tools, provides extremely high dynamic range and testing accuracy for Df and Dk testing.
