The new rain cone is designed for more accurate data in particularly strong winds!
Place the rain bucket on the Vantage Pro2 sensor kit for selection, which requires separating the rain collector and temperature/humidity sensor.
It can also be used as a standalone custom rain station for the anemometer/sensor transmitter kit (# 6332) sold separately.

To meet the guiding principles of the World Meteorological Organization, our tipping bucket design is very accurate. Used to display the daily and cumulative rainfall and precipitation of our meteorological station.
Equipped with 40 '(12 meters) standard cable. This rainwater collector must be installed on a flat surface. The rain collector can be calibrated by users as 0.01 "or 0.2 mm. It can also be used as a factory calibrated 0.2 mm rain bucket.
If you want to install a rain bucket on a pole or other vertical surface, try using Vantage Pro2's rain collector (# 6465).
