2. Debugging magnetic separator hopper: There is a themed activity joystick under the magnetic separator hopper, which controls the total flow rate of the selected material. Customers should strictly adjust the total flow rate with the joystick according to the total output of the machine equipment. Insufficient material cutting immediately endangers the total output of the customer's goods, while excessive material cutting results in insufficient magnetic separation equipment for the selected raw materials, endangering product quality. Therefore, it is essential to maintain a proper balance during debugging.
3. Adjust the spacing between the partition and the drum of the magnetic separator. There is a material plate in front of the stainless steel cylinder of the magnetic separator, and the blocking plate is also controlled by a themed movable handle. Adjust the spacing between the partition and the cylinder appropriately based on the specifications and dimensions of the selected raw materials. The effect caused by the distance between the cylinder and the speed ratio is the same as the actual effect.
